• Firefighters were called to a house fire on the 7500 block of Glencannon Drive @ 11:05 AM on April 2, 2107​ 
• Two bodies were recovered in the home believed to be Arieyana's guardians.
• They concluded that the suspect or suspects have abducted Arieyana.

Recovery:

• On 4/2/17 at around 9:30 PM Arieyana and Curtis Atkinson Jr. her abductor later identified as her uncle were located at 1700 Independence Ave in Washington, D.C.
