Diane Schuler

  • On July 26, 2009 at approximately 9:30 AM Diane left Hunter Lake Campground in Parksville, New York, with her 2 children and 3 nieces and left in her Red 2003 Ford Windstar for the 2 hour and 40 minute ride back home to West Babylon, New York. Diane's brother and father of her neices left in another car. 
  • Shortly before 11 AM Diane pulls into a gas station connected to a McDonald in Liberty, New York.  Employees remember her begin coherent.
  • Witness later report at 11:00 AM seeing a red van driving aggressively down Route 17/Interstate 86.
  • 11:37 AM Schuler calls her brother and states she's in traffic. 
  • 11:45 AM Witnesses report seeing her throwing up on the side of the road. 
  • At about 1PM, a call was made to Schuler's brother. One of Schuler's nieces told her father that Schuler was having trouble seeing and speaking clearly. Schuler herself then talked to her brother and said that she was disoriented and couldn't see clearly. (Police have stated that the car was stopped in a pull-off area beyond the Tappan Zee Bridge tollbooths for at least part of this call.)
  • 1:33 PM, two drivers called 911 after noticing Schuler's van edging onto the northbound exit ramp of the Taconic State Parkway near Briarcliff Manor.
  • The van traveled south for 1.7 miles in the parkway's northbound passing lane before colliding head-on, at approximately 1:35 PM, with a 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer, killing it's 3 passengers. Schuler, her daughter  and 3 nieces were all declared dead at the scene. Schuler's young son survived the incident.

Hunter Lake Campground to the Taconic State Parkway Briarcliff Manor exit ramp is 70 Miles from Point to Point with a 137° Compass Bearing, which can be considered as 17° Leo. Mercury at 17° Leo conjunct this measurement exactly.
