• UPDATE 9/1-9/3 - Bedford Police have arrested a 16-year-old neighbor Jordin Roache.  Police released that after reviewing Kaytlynn's cell phone messages, they learned Cargill went to the Roches's apartment intending to buy weed but instead he attacked and murdered her with a hammer.
