At 7:28 PM on September 20th, 2022 when the call was placed to report Lucian missing to the Police the Moon's conjunction with Neptune in Pisces would strongly suggest this child gravitating towards the water.
The MoonNeptune is also in sextile aspect to Pluto, suggests death in still and murkey water such as lakes and ponds. Mercury was stationary in its movement along the ecliptic and is suggesting the possibility his limbs are stuck. Its also possible he was missed in the dive search efforts if the water features were muddy and heavy with debris and plant life. Mercury is stationed in the cardinal sign Libra suggest he could be very close to the edge or wall of the lake or pond--or a part of the water feature that could be considered a corner. Mercury's retrograde movement from PreShadow to Post Shadow began August 20 and will end October 17th offering that another dive of the immediate water features near the playground of Sarge Hubbard Park should be conducted if its felt by divers that their search was hampered by debris in the pond. |
Mercury and the Moon are the two planets one would look to describe a child. Mercury in Libra in opposition to Jupiter in Aries is suggesting that his movements were miscalculated or misjudged and his disappearance could very well be of his own doing. The Libra connotation would suggest his entrance into the water could of taken place from point of some height in that his footing wasn't level with the water when he went into the water. Most of the child accident cases in our study have MercuryJupiter aspects at the time of their accidental deaths.
This Disappearance chart, in my estimation, points more to Lucian own self undoing than it does towards an abduction or nefarious nefarious predictament. But that idea is persuaded by the reports that police confirmed Lucian was in fact in the Park and a witness verified it was him who was walking south east out of the park.
If that report was done as a tactic of sorts, and there is evidence of something nefarious Mercury as the ruler of Lucian's 7th house, the house that represents one oppentent---I would put concentration on a person who is connected to the family from the fathers side, such as an uncle, or close friend of the father.

Mercury is conjunct the Sun at his birth, which is a common aspect for many people, but its the square to Pluto at birth that would suggest his life ending prematurely.
I'm wondering if the Jupiter Uranus opposition at his birh was placed in the chart that inclined this little one to be restless and constantly in perpetual movement---making supervision a hard task for any parent looking out for him and others. He was born on the Moon applying to full to the Sun, so his desires and needs are at odds with each other. Pluto's trine to his VenusMars Virgo conjunction is suggesting that he could be caught up in a heavy load of plant life in the water, such as milfoil. |
