These above components indicate resting place would be near to a busy environment such as airport or industrialized shipping or transportation, or power sources.  

Although the birth chart doesn't have preponderance of the water element---its hard not to consider remains being in water when Monica's progressed Moon in Pisces is in Trine to Progressed Mars and Pluto.  I would set sights to locations of water that our surrounded by some sort of business that do shipping or transportation, perhaps even the power grids.  

​This doesn't mean there can't be vegetation in the mix.  Venus in Trine to Saturn also suggests her being concealed in some type of fabric---not so much a blanket put perhaps a tarp or cloth used for constructional purposes, and or a type of sack used for laundry or something of a duffel bag type item. 
Condition of Heath at Disappearance
